Kellie Spychalski | Chief Executive Officer

Kellie brings a unique and abundant skill set to the Hospice of Orleans team which has been acquired from 30 years of experience in the health and human services field. Kellie has held positions ranging from direct hands-on care to development and volunteer coordination, as well as corporate compliance, quality assurance, Assistant Executive Director and Executive Director.  Kellie holds an AAS in Human Services, BS in Organizational Management and MS in Health Care Administration.  Having seen first-hand the positive impact Hospice can have during the most challenging times, Kellie works closely with the Board and staff to ensure excellence in patient care.  She actively seeks to expand and enrich services that enhance quality of life for our patients as well as their families. 

Thomas Madejski, MD | Medical Director 

As the Medical Director of Hospice of Orleans, Dr. Madejski is responsible for the oversight of the medical care for patients admitted to hospice. He can also act as a liaison and/or consultant for the patients' Primary MD, and is available to make home visits when necessary if a patient's own doctor is unable to do so. Dr. Madejski finds his work as the Medical Director for Orleans' Hospice both rewarding and satisfying.
