Back by popular demand, the Yard Sale will be held on the Hospice Lawn on Friday, September 17th and Saturday, September 18th. All proceeds will benefit the community served by Hospice. If you have items to donate, they may be delivered to the Hospice office Monday through Friday between 9:00 am - 5:00 pm. |

Thanks to Sieck Wholesale for their supply of the most beautiful spring bouquets and to all member of the community who purchased them, over $6,500 was raised to benefit Hospice services. We also extend our sincere gratitude to schools, corporations, small businesses, agencies and churches, county wide for their part in making this another successful fundraiser. No event would happend without volunteers, who gave 117 hours of their precious time to delivering and selling bouquets. The staff is so grateful to each and every one of you for enabling Hospice to make a difference on life at a time. THANK YOU! |

The Hospice of Orleans 12th Annual Duck Race was held on July Fourth in Lyndonville and raised $6700. The perfect breeze ensured that more than 1,600 ducks swam quickly down the creek. $1,500 in cash prizes were awarded to the four fastest and the four slowest ducks. Sincere thanks to all who supported this event and to those winners who donated all or a portion of their winnings back to Hospice. Special thank you to the Village of Lyndonville and the Lyndonville Lions Club for their hospitality. We would also like to thank Sigma International for sponsoring this event. |

July 29th, 2009, marked the 13th annual Hospice of Orleans Golf Scramble. Held at Hickory Ridge Golf Course, this event is one of the best attended fund-raising events in the area. The golf tournament raised over $12,000 for Hospice of Orleans. Congratulations to all our golfers for helping Hospice help those who need us in Orleans County. Start planning your foursome for next year's event! |

In the course of preparation, set up and the two day event, an army of 30 volunteers, under the leadership of Elizabeth Jubenville contributed 269.5 hours to the “New to You Summer Bonanza Yard Sale”. The total raised was $1,700 and will be used to support Hospice programs. Thank you to all who donated and purchased items. |
